We anchor against labour cost, not software cost. A 5-supplier store typically spends 20+ hours/month on reorder spreadsheets. At €20/hr that's €400 in operator time every month. Growth at €79/month covers itself fivefold before the AI insights even kick in.
Yes, no card required. You get 30 days of full Growth capabilities — agent runs, draft generation, PrestaShop sync, the works. We email you a couple of days before the trial ends so it's never a surprise. If you don't add a card, your workspace flips to the Free tier (data preserved, agent paused).
A supplier is a vendor you buy stock from — one row in your supplier list. A user is a teammate logged in to the workspace. We chose those caps because that's how operators actually think about procurement scale: 'how many vendors do I order from, how many of us are involved?' Catalogue size is a softer cap and the matrix below shows the underlying SKU and store-integration limits.
Automatic sending is planned for Growth and Scale but is not available yet. The current agent prepares purchase order drafts for you to review and send. Planned per-order limits are €2,000 on Growth and €10,000 on Scale.
Annual billing gives you 2 months free — pay for ten months, get twelve (about 17% off). Locks the rate for the year. You can switch monthly → annual any time and we prorate.
Yes, any time, self-serve in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at your next billing cycle and you keep access until then. We refund pro-rata within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. After that, no refund — but no auto-renewal either.
We notify you at 80% and 100% of any cap. The agent keeps existing POs running but stops drafting new ones once you hit a limit. Upgrade in one click and it picks up where it left off.
EU. PostgreSQL in Frankfurt. The agent's reasoning runs at Anthropic in their EU region. We send only the data the agent needs to draft a PO — no customer names, addresses, or emails leave your store.
Yes. Standard DPA on request via /dpa for any paid plan. Custom contracts on Growth and above — email info@stokis.io.
We post status at status.stokis.app. The agent fails safe — if it can't run, no PO gets sent. Your data and order history stay intact. We're a small team on Coolify + a single VPS for v1; uptime SLAs come once we have multi-region.
