Agreement

These terms govern access to Stokis, including the public site, trial workspaces, and paid subscriptions.

By creating an account, using Stokis, or inviting teammates into a workspace, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protecting login credentials, and all activity that happens inside your workspace.

  • Invite only users who are authorized to access your operational data.
  • Keep roles and permissions current when team responsibilities change.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use of the service

Stokis helps operators monitor inventory, prepare procurement decisions, and manage supplier communication. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and configuring procurement actions.

Procurement control
Auto-mode only acts inside policies, caps, and supplier rules configured by your workspace. You are responsible for choosing when those settings are appropriate.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Stokis or use it to harm the service, other customers, suppliers, or third parties.

Service abuseRate-limit evasion, scraping, spam, or interfering with normal operation

Trials, billing, and plans

Some Stokis features are free, some are trial-based, and some require a paid plan. Pricing, plan limits, and included usage are shown on the pricing page or in an order form.

  • Trials may be limited by time, usage, features, or workspace size.
  • Paid subscriptions renew until canceled.
  • Plan changes and overages may affect the next invoice.
  • Taxes, currency conversion, and payment processing are handled by our billing provider where applicable.

Customer data

You keep ownership of the data you submit or connect to Stokis. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and notices required to connect stores, suppliers, mailboxes, and other systems to Stokis.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Stokis reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes needed to protect the platform.

We may update features, integrations, limits, and these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the product, email, or the website.

Disclaimers and liability

Stokis provides procurement assistance and operational recommendations. It does not replace business judgment, supplier contract review, tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

Review required
Forecasts and suggested purchase orders can be wrong. Review important orders, unusual supplier changes, and high-value actions before sending.

Termination

You may stop using Stokis or cancel a paid subscription according to the plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, or material breach of these terms.

After termination, we may retain certain data as described in the privacy policy or as required for legal, billing, security, and audit purposes.
